Tiny tale #1

Katy, Katherine and me were super excited to camp in the deep dark black forest near the Caspian sea. It was a daring adventure trip. We rummaged through our cupboards and boarded the bus with our bulky luggage.

The bus  whizzed off.

We talked endlessly and didn’t notice that the scenery suddenly changed from a bright blue sky to a dull grey background with dead trees. A peculiar pungent smell filled the bus.

Bats and eagles could be seen screeching around.

Though we were not very comfortable with the situation around us, we settled ourselves in a comparatively lit and clear place ,near a fountain. The air smelled of wet soil and trees were dense, with their branches entangled to form a canopy on top.

A steaming hot coffee was enough to flatter us to sleep.

Suddenly, a strange screeching sound made us uncomfortable. The resonance of the pitch scared us even more. We packed ourselves together with our legs shaking beneath us and started looking around for it’s origin.

A fluorescent green figure of a woman seemed to appear out of the blue. She had a flowing green robe and a veil that covered her devilish face.

Her glowing venomous eyes showed the arrival of evil…
